About Us
Ron & Ann Hayhow emigrated from Scotland in 1967 and have lived in London, Ontario, Canada since 1978. Laura, their daughter works full-time in the store.
As we were the only British store in London and surrounding area providing imported British goods, we found as the demand for our products grew that we required larger premises. We therefore opened our recent store in Hyde Park November 2007.
We now offer the most extensive line of British food and gifts such as: Imported sweets and groceries, soccer shirts, Guinness official merchandise and gifts, Celtic jewellery, Barbarian rugby jerseys, Cds and DVDs, T-shirts and clothing, hats and Arran sweaters from Dublin, Gifts, flags, bumper stickers and label pins from Scotland, England, Ireland and Wales, Clan items, including post-it notes, book marks, clan books and key chains. Frozen food from Opies in Hamilton (a Scottish butcher for almost 30 years) which include black pudding, square sausage, meat pies, sausage rolls, scotch meat pies, haggis. We also carry Cornish pasties, bangers and Melton Mowbray pies, Scottish Bread and cakes. Free shuttle service available, contact us for details.
